If it's a website or organisation I've joined knowing the rules beforehand I'd be an idiot to complain about them after.

If they are forced on me without warning it would depend on the rule and who was making it.

If it's fab related, apart from the general site rules which I've already agreed to I play by my own rules.

Depends on my mood and the rules, the authority behind such rules also matter I suppose.

If I respect the authority, I respect the rules most likely

Depends on the rule & butterfly effect. They might be worth breaking the rule for.

Unless breaking the rule would cause detriment to someone else, then definitely not.

If it seems sensible to me or there potential negative consequences for myself or others of non-compliance, I'll abide by rules in general.

The sticks

Stupid non-sensical rules are there to be broken

Other rules generally I abide and in work I have to make the rules, then bollock others for not following them which rarely happens as I try to get concensus on ideas/rules before implementation

As the saying goes 'rules are there to be broken'. Not for the sake of it and of course some rules should never be broken but some need to be broken to progress sometimes. Also following rules blindly can be a dangerous thing.

If it does not affect another person, and it is a harmless/silly rule or a rule that is unfair or undemocratic, I would consider breaking it. But I would definitely be a rule follower as they are generally their for the benefit of society.

I've always been a non-conformist individual. If you follow all the rules, You'll miss all the fun. Most people are like sheep, they blindly obey and never question anything. This pandemic has frightened the hell out of people, and government know frightened people are easily controlled, so they make up these a bunch of ridiculous laws knowing most people will follow them to the letter.
