I disagree that objectifying actors is any different at all than objectifying tv presenters. Objectifying is objectifying full stop. Once you start cherry picking to suit your own annoyance then you’ve already lost your own argument.
This thread was started as an innocent question without regard to gender and it appears to be to be whiffing slightly of faux moral outrage in instances.
Are most of the women tv presenters even actually being objectified or some people just saying who they think are really beautiful? Not everything needs to be read into to the nth degree and not everyone is an objectifying villain or saints at the other end of the scale. | |||
