It can be a very sad , lonely and painful time for some people Who just need someone to talk to and listen to them no matter what they have to say A cry for help may be the biggest thing they ever do but could save a life which is priceless | |||

"I'm not ashamed to say I've used one of those numbers before,it helped me shed a tear,helped me to get through the night and get me a rights night's sleep.you don't need to be suicidal to use these numbers,my situation was anxiety and worry,that chat that night helped me sleep.Im not ashamed to say that.speaking to a stranger helped me more as I wasnt ready to speak to a family member. Hopefully by saying it here helps someone else in my situation or similar realise that these numbers are often the first call,not the Last call." I have used two one as a child and one as an adult and i have used others not listed there aswell.
