January is going to be depressing enough so no chance I'm giving up the occasional beer

I have other January plans - thankfully alcohol is not something I consume much of, nor do I miss it.

I wish you every success

Is a month really that much of a challenge?

Id imagine I wouldn't notice if i gave up beer for a month

The only night out I've planned is at the very end of the month but its a thing now for people to go without in January....like joining the gym but stopping after a few weeks

the main reason of dry January is the amount people are out over Xmas

We don't go out that much during the year but Jan- March is when we do go out the most due to wedding anniversary and rugby 6 nations

Nope not difficult at all, just think it’s better to do it with people rather than alone!!!

I'm off the booze a year now.. Don't miss it.. In the end it wasn't having the same effect as it used too so knocked it on the head
