Christmas ham .. how do you do yours?

Well for us ... We usually cook the ham on Christmas eve.... We cook it in Coca-Cola and add a treacle glaze ....

Part boil and part bake.

Boil in water with onions, peppercorns and a few cloves. Cover in a glaze of dark brown sugar, dijon mustard and ground cloves. Leave sitting in the glaze overnight and then bake til golden brown and the entire house smells like christmas.

Heaven ??

Had a lump of pork on earlier.. Dressed it with salt and cooked it on a cast iron pan.. Turning it over regularly to ensure even evenly cooked.. Sprinkled it with chopped onions then

Boil then bake with a honey, mustard and brown sugar glaze along with a bottle of cider in the bottom of the baking tray.
