exercise effects

I back on a fitness kick, to get back to my fitter self ..... I usually go for a 5k every second day and when I return my willy is so small .... Is it just me ? Do have any odd physiological effects resulting from exercise?

This time of year is cold. To prevent penile hypothermic retraction I'd suggest wearing some clothes next time...

I tried a few weeks of pilates once, during class id get terrible pins and needles and then my periods stopped

Besides hypothermia, friction burns, injures, breathing difficulties, infections not much else really, oh and jelly fish stings. Of course the best part positive release of endorphins the feel good factors and great friendships .

... I only feel good once the exercise stops ... A bit like torture.
