"I've personally done alot of my Xmas shopping online this year It's been relatively good any online shoppers receive items twice not received or generally lost in transit..it must cost retails thousands or millions with online going wrong. " Bought some stuff online. Kept with Irish companies and had absolutely no problems. Arrived within 2-3 days of ordering. | |||

"Im sweating on 2 or 3 items coming from uk You get email updates or tracking number to see where packages areno tracking number available I did get an email saying they were shipped" I ordered something from UK no tracking and lost in transit bit gutted wasn't overly priced item buy something my daughter wanted limited stock too so had to get refund on it | |||

The postman has told me of a few awkward moments when they have a package but can’t deliver until you go into post office to clear any outstanding charges" to be fair to the major retailers in UK they do try to wave the charges for you by sending from other non UK retailers to avoid the cost. Only one item I had which had charges I was emailed by an post and given a link to use to pay online given reference number next day it delivered | |||
