The internet is packed full of nutters, crackpots, perverts weirdos, narcissists, paraphiliacs,etc.; and on sites like this they can devise fake profiles, and remain completely anonymous, trying to con the unwary and naive.

You just have to keep your wits about you; never reveal any personal information to enable jigsaw identification, and if a meet is arranged, do so first time in a public forum.

Aside from all these caveats, enjoy the forum and good luck for when the Covid crisis abates.
