Hair today, gone tomorrow….

Naas which is South West of Dublin

Having seen a few threads about hair in various areas of the body, leaving hair on the top of the head to one side (known as a combover…. ), would you, change yours, or ask a partner to change their style because it wasn’t to your taste?

Personally I’m trimmed all over and smooth in my special place, but I’m quite fluid when it comes to facial hair and often change between clean shaven, to closely trimmed to a fuller, longer stubble, dictated my nothing more than my mood or how lazy I’m feeling so I’m quite willing to change as requested, I don’t think any of the choices beyond surgery is going to help me in the looks department…

So, would you ask, or would you be willing to change?

I wouldnt ask, people may have low self esteem and i wouldnt want to negatively impact on that.

But if it was something i thought might be fun or interesting for a change i might bring it up that way. or subtly via chats after seeing similar on tv or in shops... to see how open they might be.

Essentially though Im a take me as I am kinda girl so I apply the same principle to others

I'd never ask and I wouldn't entertain suggestions either.

I've had opening messages from well verified people I've never spoken to or even heard of who told me to lose the beard or I wouldn't be added to their to do list. Their words not mine.

Obviously I haven't been done yet

Nicely said - I second that opinion (I'm really just being a lick arse though )

I wouldn't change the head situation. I shave my head to take ownership of male pattern baldness, and I grow the beard cos without it I look like a giant thumb with a face drawn on it.

Elsewhere I already shave /trim the hair round my gear, but I'm a rather large, virgin rainforest when it comes to the upper body rug, so keeping that waxed/trimmed would be more effort than the limited demand for change would need.

However, if Eva Greene hits me up to say she'll do unspeakable things with me if I get rid of the body thatch, then by all means, I'll be smoother than new lino in no time...
