Does anybody practice meditation? Do you feel the benefit of it and how did you start? Where did you learn how to

i travel all over

I am really bad at concentrating on breathing . I must say though body scans have been useful . There had been periods with no sleep and a lot of distress and body scans for few minutes helped alongside yoga a few other bits and pieces

City Centre, Dublin, Belfast

Yeah it’s great, but it’s a bit like losing weight or your hair growing, you don’t realise it’s happening until you look back to where you started

Plenty of guided mediations on YouTube etc, sit with legs crossed, focus on your breathing and That’s pretty much it

Not going to radically change your life overnight but overtime you’ll notice a difference

The Headspace app really got me into Meditation. It's guided, which really helps if you have trouble sitting still or have low attention span.

Along with running, it has really helped me with anxiety and clearing the head!

Old bog road

Walking meditation.. Clears the mind.

Edging is a meditation as well, self pleasuring, but not to orgasm, focuses the erotic mind.
