Being dropping hints to wife about trying different things to give our sex life a boost, no joy, I think she’d enjoy another man or woman playing with us but is to self conscious of herself to even consider it! When she has a beer or 2, which isn’t often, she really relaxes and we have chatted about mixing it up a bit but then once sober she’ll just pretend we never really mentioned it

Your post says she pretends it was never mentioned when sober, I should have said try and have a proper conversation when sober instead of it being glossed over.

I’d definitely be bringing it up when both of you are sober. It can be a touchy subject with women. Don’t pressure her anyway. Best of luck with it.

I think you've played it wrong from the start. So if she doesnt know you are on here, how do you explain that you are already on a site ( not judging btw) even if you just set up a couples profile you still may be recognised by others. And thats a different conversation. Going by what youhave said it seems youmay be flogging a dead horse anyway. From experience the lifestyle as someone else pointed out isntfor everyone, pressuring in anyway, even if she agrees its kinda just gonna a fake experience imo
