Has anyone ended up arranging a meet with someone, only to discover you had been there already.. if so, hos dod it go down..

Not exactly what you asked but I made a pact with an ex that if neither if us met anyone after a year that we d get back together ! We met after a year , were both single , and the prospect was so horrific we never saw each other again .

Luckily I’d remember those I met even socially but I did have a newbie contact me once and she wanted to meet right away which started alarm bells ringing. I always answer mail and told her politely I prefer to get to know someone first and see if there was a spark. She continued to mail asking me if I liked various things which started to remind me of a pre ious meet so I replied along the same lines and she realised I’d caught on. She then messaged my phone and we had a laugh and yes met up again.

The guy who took my fab cherry turned out to be the first boy I ever snogged back when I was 13. That was 2yrs ago and he’s still a favoured FB and I adore him.
