Dioralyte Berocca and Alka Seltzer mixed together and drink before bed. An absolute lifesaver then bottle of Lucozade next morning!

If you don't want to get a hair of the dog that but you, bananas, fresh air and lots of water.

A hangover is like a mini version of dying of thirst.

A brandy and port will cure it instantly but it will come back later

Pho soup from a Vietnamese is great. Gets all the nutrients and water into you. Otherwise greasy food. An acute headache can be helped by a joint if that's your bag.
