Balance of a couple's profile

Hey all you sexy couples.

We're very much a couple with different needs. She is a brat, into BDSM and being dominated. He is into bondage, teasing and the more sensual side of kink. He's more social, where as she's more shy and quiet. We love vanilla play as much as our kink. We love playing together but we do find ourselves playing separately due to the differences in needs.

We have written our profile a little on the heavier BDSM side but we don't want to scare off vanilla folk. We'd like to keep a balance.

How do YOU strike the balance?

For us I (Dee) would be the more active kinkster but Jay while loving kink is more of swinger. I'm more social and he would be more reserved until he gets to know someone. It balances for us

Communication is key, we occasionally indulge in kink but we're probably just swingers at the end of the day. And we both take into account each others wants/needs when planning a meet, but that's just us...each to their own as they say

Yeah, we are imbalanced in a way. Her needs are certainly more niche/specific. Because that is the case, for us, it's sometimes difficult to get the wording right. Hello btw

Same, we always have check-ins. We have very little rules either. Check-ins are essential to make sure everyone is feeling wanted and their needs met xx. Keeps the relationship strong. Also keeps it fair xx.

I know you asked for couples opinions but even I as a single guy often wonder how to pitch my profile as it were. The way I reckon, no matter how you word your profile or set up your photos you will always find people that will incorrectly pigeon hole you.

None of us are 2 dimensional individuals. We all have our own wants, likes, turn ons etc. You can 'balance' your profile how ever you want but it can often come down to the interpretation of the person reading your profile.

So all I'll say to couples is if you have different interests say that, if people misinterpret that well unfortunately you've no control over that.
