I was shocked to read that Irelands prison population has been ballooning for years.

Has the world gone mad?

Those people are there to be punished, not given 'thrill of a lifetime' experiences that the rest of us can only dream of.

The world has most definitely gone mad alright but luckily not all of it. I couldn't see it being a dream up there so i don't know why you would be thinking that. But i guess there is rehabilitation and recovery for people to change and be given chances. But wjat do i know was never in prison only a prisonor of in my own home over covid along with everyone else. And possibly a prisoner of my own mind too but thank god that's working itself out i think lol. I do like watching prison programmes from time to time.
