At the moment I'm avoiding all reflective surfaces.

I've been loaded with the cold for the past week and I know I look as bad as I feel.....so avoiding mirrors until I'm feeling better lol

Chill out and start slow deep breathing.

Close your eyes and see stars as breathing deeply.

You need to sleep man and badly so get in to a really relaxed mood by breathing in as far as you can and letting it out slowly. Then a slow but big breath in and hold as you count to 5 and release slowly. Only think of stars.
