A lot of guys seem to have a pic of one leg, often flexed to show muscle definition I guess. Is this some new trend?

Can't say I know anything about this. I don't have a pic like this. Your reason is the only thing I can think of as to why. Maybe showing thrust power??

As far as i know it's a bodybuilders pose you see arnold schwarzenegger in that pose an awful lot when he was younger.

There are one or two ladies on here with the same pose in there pics
