i travel all over

Winter is the most popular season on this forum out of people who posted . I don’t mind it really . Less pressure to socialise And be in a summery mood when I don’t feel like it

I'm not a fan of the next couple of months either. Once the clocks go back I have to actively work at getting out and doing things for my health and wellbeing. It's just soo dark and blah.

Do you not like mince?

I'm partial to the odd mince pie myself at this time of year.

It will be a good season for the new couples from the FWB thread. Plenty of heat stealing going on there I'm sure

"Da weatherman? "

Ten days is about the maximum weather forecast you'll get. Anything else is an "outlook" and more likely a prediction from a postman or a shepherd, or even tealeaves.

The berries on the trees are a warning . Overload of them and it’s a severe winter ahead

The sticks

I spent 5yrs working in an underground vault, during winter some weeks I wouldn't see daylight from Mon to Fri

That was tough going

I'd prefer winter over the summer

Warm cozy nights in by the stove

Crispy cold walks

Lots of candles lit everywhere...heaven!
