Me and a couple of friends always joke about a certain profile on here falling foul of the trade descriptions act as what it described and delivered were different things.

What have you been offered or seen recently that was definitely not as described?!?!

if I picked that up wrong I do apologise but I'd hate to log on to a room full of people possibly discussing what made them laugh about a/ my profile

im running on about 5 Hours sleep in 2 days so chances are my brain is fried

Don't most profiles fall foul of the trade description act we all try to put our best side forward. I'm sure plenty of people discuss and laugh at other people's profiles just like in the vanilla world but what's beautiful to one may not be beautiful to another.

I met someone on a dating site a few years back who described herself in her profile as well traveled coultured, intelligent, driven and ambitious. After getting to know her for a few weeks it transpired she had never owned or let alone driven a car, She had never read any great literary works except for Vogue magazine. She only left the country once in her lifetime on a package holiday to Lanzarote. She was still living with her parents in her mid forties. And she only ever worked as a cleaning lady for six months before she was mysteriously stricken with back pain. Talk about over selling yourself. She had a very fertile imagination and would have made a great estate agent or advertising exutive

No..can't say l have tbh but l did meet a lady from another site who gave off an unbelievable humble attitude in chatting at the start ,which was so beautiful to see but in fairness her humility was indeed just that as the lady was far more unbelievably beautiful and great natured in real life.

I attended an educational institution that promised much but delivered very little.

The prospectus for the academic was a double-sided piece of A4 paper folded in three that in the briefest of terms laid out the subjects offered, but within a week of the first term beginning, this institition's promises fell flat on their face.

The entire place was a shambles, bullying by teachers of each other and of pupils was rife, as was pupil on pupil abuse and mobbing.

A few teachers (now deceased) were undoubtedly paedophiles who manipulated situations to facilitate their deviant proclivities.

Talk about a breach of the TDA; the place should have been closed down!

This happened a very long time ago, when the culture in Ireland was very different, VERY!

It was my previous throuple profile which I have been winding down . The ‘inside’ joke is that despite being a throuple profile the 3 people in it had never had an mmf . Many other combinations but never that .
