Well done happy fab birthday to you, i must see if i make another year straight more than likely not but i will try. It's to distracting for me but i'm planning to take breaks from it instead. I get nothing done otherwise lol.

Oh FB has significantly decreased aswell(boring now), i am not on many really just one other chat app i spend a good bit on there aswell in private chats and groups. I have come off a good few groups aswell on another platform lol. God save me from this forever evolving addictive world of social media lol.

Recently discovered a great app (Stay Focused) to stop my bad online habits. Kik and Fab and WhatsApp can get so distracting . So I set timer on this app to lock myself out for a certain time period. Best €6.99 I've spent in ages!
