We did our family tree lately and found out some funny and quite sad stories. But I'm very proud of relation back in the early 1900s who was widowed at young age. She took her sick baby to the doctors on the day of the Kilbeggan races. But as the newspaper reported it he refused to see the child and said " he may go to the divil as I'm off to the races". The child dies and she took him to court for justice for her son which was a very rare thing for a widow back then to do. So we might not be related to rich people or celebrities but I'm still proud of the ancestors before me.
