"Whenever you get a craving for one try to imagine yourself getting violently sick. Really visualise it and almost embody it as much as you can given the situation you are in. This helped me a lot bcos it became an automatic response to cravings and the cravings were immediately replaced. I don't get cravings anymore but sometimes when I see someone else smoking I'll do the same visualisation to try to reinforce it." | |||

"Good morning. Day 3 ind still struggling. . This is not gonna b easy!!!!" Keep reminding yourself of the why? Why am I giving them up? I've never smoked so I don't understand the cravings. But I had a poor relationship with junkfood due to an unpredictable work timetable. Recently started back eating properly, not dieting, just making better food choices. Every time I feel the urge for the breakfast roll or the fast food lunches I remind myself of why I gave it up. Works pretty well for me. Mr D. | |||
