If I'm doing yoga I'd rather not be looking at someone's crack if they are in front of me . Or worse have someone looking at mine

Totally agree! I would not wish to inflict the horror on my fellow Yogis of them having to see me naked

I look bad enough with clothes on doing downward dog!

Naked yoga is great fun especially when the heats turned up, warmed muscles warmed can get into so many more positions without the restriction of clothes of clothes too, saying that nakie yoga outside is rather enjoyable in the summer

Naked and yogurt is much more fun chocolate for me please, fristly insure the area of application is clean and free from any obstacles. Then gently pour the creamy liquid over the area trying to avoid any spillage. But be happy in the knowledge that if there is any? Its equally as enjoyable. Throw one spoon over your shoulder and get stuck in. one serving suitable two people

Have done hot yoga , in a room of 40° ,its not naked yoga but it certainly ain't far away from it especially when the sweat starts the flow and l don't mean drop..it just flows out of you like you were standing in a shower, ladies wearing mostly very small tight fitting lycra shorts and training top , guys mostly just shorts.
