FabSwingers.com forum: Anyone successfully ordered from Lovehoney?

I've been trying to place orders recently From Lovehoney.eu (sex toy online shop) but with Brexit causing customs issues, I've had TWO packages make it into the country, only to be returned.

The second said there was an issue with the customs forms.

Customer support have been fantastic, and have issued me gift vouchers for more than the value of my order.

I don't want to keep wasting my time on this, So i thought I'd check if other people have ordered to see if the issue is resolved yet.

Also open to recommendations for other stores, SO far haven't found any with the same range.

Playblue is meant to be good and I think Irish. A fellow Fabber called Scotty Bear may also be able to help, as I think he has a shop but I can't recall the name (apologies if I'm not meant to name folks).

I would ask Lovehoney where the goods are being dispatched from. If from the EU, they don't need a custom form.

This is true too! Had no issues with the clothes or shows or accessories but just found the lingerie a little flimsy. But shur here, it wasn't on me long anyways

Me too. Quite happy with my orders and sure if some pieces are not great you can always return them, if it’s worth it that it
