As a first meet is always a social, casual is fine. Suit if coming from work. And uniform depends if its McDonald's and he's coming from work

I prefer them to wear whatever they are comfortable in. I would think putting a suit on just to meet me for coffee would be a wee bit ott tho it would be different if he was coming from work tho.
