"Love the skipping idea, but have dodgy knees, The press ups, I'm in. 3 days behind. " If looking for an exercise to prevent injuries to a body, nothing like skipping ,well l think so anyway ,every muscle in your body is working while skipping ,and helps tone muscle . | |||

"Hey guys, who wants to join me in a little challenge.. my upper body strength is crap and im especially bad at push ups . So starting 1st of October I'm doing 1 push up.. 2nd two and so on.. I done it last month but with "girl" push ups, so this month I'm focusing on real push ups. Anyone want to join me? " I’m late to the game but I’m in.
