"Love the skipping idea, but have dodgy knees, The press ups, I'm in. 3 days behind. " If looking for an exercise to prevent injuries to a body, nothing like skipping ,well l think so anyway ,every muscle in your body is working while skipping ,and helps tone muscle . | |||

"Hey guys, who wants to join me in a little challenge.. my upper body strength is crap and im especially bad at push ups . So starting 1st of October I'm doing 1 push up.. 2nd two and so on.. I done it last month but with "girl" push ups, so this month I'm focusing on real push ups. Anyone want to join me? " I’m late to the game but I’m in. Fair play to the OP for a nice bit of motivation. I’ll do 6 today to make up for lost time. | |||

And I'm proud to say that, although I haven't really exercised in quite some time, I've been doing full, proper push-ups . Most I've been able to do in one go is 9 but the last one always loses that bit of form. But as the days go by and numbers increase and muscles ache, I'm having to split them into sets, usually getting to 7 or so now . I'm actually thinking I might keep going beyond the month of October! It's been fun. Thanks for the incentive... How's everyone else doing? | |||
