I did a year of [voluntary] celibacy (including masturbation) in 2020. I had actually started before the pandemic but I think that made it easier bcos there wasn't as much opportunity to meet during the pandemic anyway.

But the time between my first and second was longer and not as voluntary

But nothing really helped as much as group meets tbh

The combination of PND and botched episiotomy repair was a pretty effective libido killer at the time
