Some stuff grows the whole year around but that feeling of pulling a fat juicy carot out of the ground makes up for the sisyphean cutting and ing

You could try and grow melons or alternatively get a sheep.

Yeah it was nice alright, kinda windy today so there was a load out surfing. Saw some photos of that bad storm from a few years ago and you certainly wouldn’t be sitting out watching those waves though.

I assume if your presence on the threads is anything to go by that you’ve been asked for about ten coffees ?

God it was very organisationally complex . Waking up one side of the county , working in another , driving across 5 counties , meeting people from different counties who didn’t know each other, going out for cocktails , sparks flying , heading back to the room , having the most amazing time , driving across borders to get people back on time where they needed to be and be in work on time , and driving back home for hours .

Tbh With many experiences it is very easy for them to lose their lustre when you write about them and with many you just ‘have to be there’. One of the topics of discussion in the bar was how wild some fab related nights out have been over the years . Perhaps the place to discuss them is a bar not a thread .

However one issue which came up which is related to the amount of driving involved in the 24 hours Is that of ‘to what extent do the duties of the party organiser(s) extend?’. Do you just invite people , or do you have a responsibility for their safety/wellbeing ? I think that deserves its own thread
