I'll admit, my block list is longer .....I add people to the block list who aren't my type or I'm not theirs, just so we don't end up emailing months later after forgetting we weren't interested in each other

Block list went from zero to a lot after 1 thread . Then added to occasionally when I encounter odd behaviour . Also if I don’t get a reply to messages , Or after a civil conversation but where there is no sign that it will progress to a coffee etc . That way there are no re attempts from me in the future. It’s always possible to have a positive interaction on a thread with someone you have blocked or have blocked you where appropriate .

Hotlist i now only use where I have had winks or profile views but I am not in a position to Pursue for quite sometime I guess

I am sure Everyone uses it differently

Block list is somewhat longer but not by much.

The notes system is handy for reminders, hence the block list is only for really vile messengers and I just don't get many of those, and very, very insistent people who just don't get that no means no, and I don't get many of those either.

OMG I've 5 in total on my block list... & 3 of those are women

I very rarely block tbh... I only block if it's totally unprovoked uncalled for abusive behaviour & yes it happens from time to time...Abusive mail totally outta the blue for absolutely no reason whatsoever

I've at least 100 or more on my hotlist from Ireland & UK & it's HOT, I must count how many...Maybe it's close to 200

My blocklist/hotlist is split 40/14.

The blocklist numbers mean nothing as ince they're blocked I don't look again.

The 14 on the hotlist are split also with only 4 that I would even consider chatting to never mind meeting.

The others are there for other reasons.

I've already said above that that's exactly what I do and so have a number of others on various related threads.

The majority on my hotlist are there because I never want to meet them but I need to be able to see their status updates for various reasons.

Exactly me too I have one couple from Antrim on my hot list for the sole purpose of their hilarious updates. I'll never meet them but they make me laugh on a daily basis with their puns.
