I guess most of us have peaks and valleys in our energy levels. I am very active most days but occasionally my almost fifty year old body gives me a gentle reminde, I've overdone it. Usually happens after a long bike ride, or a day of hillwalking or dare I say it, an all day sex session.

But if your energy levels levels are generally low, then it's probably advisable to book an appointment with your GP and have a blood test, ECG, and diabetes test.
