I will throw together meals from whatever happens to be in the fridge, and whatever the polytunnel has ready. Sometimes more successfully than others lol. Eating this way is great for the environment and is very economical, but means I generally use what I have rather than supermarket-pick recipe ingredients for a preplanned dish.

I can cook a variety of meat, fish, vegetarian and vrgan dishes. Plates are always cleaned (even if it's by the dog)

I can't bake worth a damn, and it's a skill I really want to learn.

Pretty adept at making anything I put my mind to - I enjoy making curries, lasagna, stews, casseroles.

I do a great stir-fry and pasta bolognese.

Yes agree , with mixed results . Turns out you can’t really substitute chia seeds for egg
