Winter. Just dont go there.

Bury your head in the sand, and if you can find warm sun-kissed sand so much the better!!

I love autumn and winter I’m happier than during the summer love fires and the dark nights, wintery dinners. Don’t do well with heat and sun I don’t go out in it

There's something really nice about being able to cuddle up under a duvet without melting.

It is always a hard transition. But it is gradual. I just attempt to stay as active as possible. Be that a hobby, exercise etc. Keep the mind active as possible.

Being overly cautious and judgemental about covid . Government guidance is actually incredibly lenient now including traveling within the Eu straightforwardly. If you operate your own very strict nphet equivalent that’s up to you but don’t criticise others for gradually returning to normality

Used to happen here in the west when I was a child, been a few years since I saw crisp autumn leaves to kick, they're just a soggy mess now
