Friends requests

How many of you actually bothered with friends requests? Can’t see the point of them myself, outside of looking at friends only pics and videos. Don’t you just end up with friends who you’ve never really chatted to or friends on your list that haven’t replied to a message from you in ages. Personally I don’t send friends requests. What am I missing out on?

Theyre bonus pics for those who like the same crisps and chocolate but once the conversations fizzle out without closure I delete them.

Being friends is useful so that you can see their updates on your news feed if you are friends, plus there are the friends only pics and videos..
