would it help if you watched some on line stuff as facebook is posting lot of good stuff from top competitors like stephenie sanzos' cory everson 8 time miss opympia' lot of other trainers if you hire a pt make sure you tell them what you want

You’ll be better off getting one from the gym or Facebook locally rather than a swinging site

I’m a PT but wouldn’t mix the two bad for business
