I would advise a modest entrance fee.

Not because in any kind of prostitution stuff but because

1. If you have paid a few quid you are more likely to show up.

2. Perhaps there is a room expense

3. If they don't show there isn't a downside.

There's a few things.

One, make sure you get a group of guys you're comfortable with, and take a little time to get to know them and be sure that there's an attraction.

Set your limits, you don't want to be in a position where your uncomfortable.

And enjoy. It's an experience, if you come to realise it's not for you then so be it, but at least you'll know you gave it a shot

This. Partner protecting you, staying sober, and watching for your cues is very important. Needs to be focused exclusively on your comfort and that the men behave. Maybe get a few descent men as single meets first get to know them individually tell them of your intention to round up good men for a gang bang.
