Often wondered given the male/female ratio here, how many messages do guys send on average daily ? Personally I send 1/2 a week. There must be a record out there.

If I don't meet their profile criteria or them mine I dont message them, there is no point. I would rather women stated the age range of men on their profile that they are willing to meet rather than just putting up the generic 18-99 age range.

If I'm being honest when I first started off I sent quite a few. (4 years back I'd say)

Now I don't send much, maybe 2/3 a week. If even, as some weeks I don't message anyone at all.

I always read the bio, and If I think I'm what their looking for I'll send a message, talking a little about me etc...

I do send winks, say if I'm close to what they're looking for, but not sure. This way they can click and decide.

Maybe send out 1 or 2 a month if even that. I'm not big on inniating first contact through a random private msg. I find it better to have a bit craic through the forums and maybe private msg from that bit of banter. I'll always reply to msgs unless they are just stupid ones... you all know what I mean.

0, but that’s obvious with profile hidden etc, but even if I got back into the whole scene I’d say I wouldn’t send many at all. It’s pointless messaging total strangers on here and I found often pointless trying to have ‘conversations’ on fab with ppl you know. Girls just get far too much mail and any train of thought gets completely lost in unread mail

Depends tbh, my messages are mostly just to compliment a lady on her written profile or pictures, other than that l dont really bother them, they have loads of other stuff going on, my message would only be another brick in their big yellow wall.

After extensive anthropological research into why ladies get 100s of messages a day, I have come to the following conclusions.

1) It would appear that most of the guys that are active on the forum don't send 100s of messages a day.

2) There must be 100s of other men that spend hours cutting and pasting messages

3) There are 2 possible solutions

A) Women could hide their profiles

B) The site could limit the number of initial daily messages anyone can send.

4) A safeword is of paramount importance when pegging

When I was a single guy here I'd send maybe one or two mails a day. Always went for people who I found interesting. Never understood the throw shit at the wall and see what sticks approach.
