Newry Down

I used to be a gym member when I lived in Dublin, but I now prefer to exercise alfresco.

Never use them tbh, have been involved in sports all my life , a skipping rope and own body weight exercises were always sufficient and enough for me plus my work as a carpenter also helped .

They are open near me but it's one to one instructor sessions only so not really worth going back yet and I think it's outdoors too

So happy they are back open. 3-4 times per week I'd usually go for an hour. Headphones on n happy out doing my thing..

Near gym has 90min slots available mon-fri and no bookings required on sat&sun. Showers back available since yesterday. Monthly prices haven't changed happy out
