Think the reason I specifically mentioned bi women is because when a woman is passive in sexual act - a man still gets to experience orgasm (granted not mind blowing by any means, but an orgasm is an orgasm).

When one woman is completely passive in FF scenario - only one woman will end up experiencing any pleasure. The passive side.

Yes, giving pleasure to your partner is a turn on to most, but if you end up giving a lot more than you receive on pretty much a regular basis does it still remain a turn on or do the gears shift over time?

(This isn't any form of a dig at anyone in particular, just me trying to find sense in certain things).
