One dessert I make that everyone loves is a chocolate orange Cointreau bombé. A Cointreau and orange cream centre surrounded by chocolate sponge and covered in orange and Cointreau chocolate. Yes most of my baking includes alcohol

Nope.....The only acceptable mix with chocolate would be mint or nuts, if has to be mixed, but chocolate should be ideally made with 70% cacao....the rest are just sugar and artificial flavours or memories
