A full bag of BDSM gear was left in a house that got builders moving in to completely renovate. They found it all and were telling me that the Tennant's in that house were completely filthy. Little did they know it was mine.

I just offered to dispose of it all for them.

Mind you I noticed some bits had gone missing.
