I got no such advice from doc so I asked a friend about wisdom of a glass of wine. His reply ' Sure. your liver isnt in your arm is it' seeme sensible. 2 glasses of white went down nicely.

Dead arm from the first, nothing from the second so seems to be luck of the draw!

At the end of the day it’s an intramuscular injection so a bit of tenderness is to be expected.

Sure do, warm Hawaian coconut oil, with some Rose oil, drizzled gently and generously all over any tender areas.
