A year ago we were coming into the summer of hoping that this was coming to and end... This year we have a vaccination and there's real hope and expectation we're emerging from this shit storm. We're eiser and have cone to appreciate things we wouldn't have given a moments thought before.. So yeah... Happy camper here too.

As strange as it may sound I was much happier this time last year. I was 3 months into furlough but enjoying the new pace of life and less stress.

12 months later and I've had a covid enforced job change and happy with how that is going but over the last 3 or 4 weeks I've been very flat and lacking in motivation.

Feeling on top of the world. Happiest I've been in years.

If you would have asked the same question a month or two ago - my qnswer would have been very different..

Feeling pretty much the same probably a bit more meh about things of I'm honest. There's been a lot going on recently and all in all just feel meh about things at present. But hoping that will change it usually does. But all in all not the worst things have been either so always try and look on the bright side when I can.

Worse tbh. Last year was hopefull until the weeks ran into months.

Then I got covid. Health has suffered. Also work. Trying to keep positive and convince myself things will improve. I'm sure lady luck will pick my ticket soon fingers crossed.

This last year had been so tough and unfortunately it hasn’t got much better. But I’m thankful for my family and those who genuinely care. And I’m looking forward to brighter days ahead xx

I am always happy but I'm fully vaccinated now so I'm happy as long as I don't grow an extra set of ears from ass as that wouldn't look very attractive and my jockswoukdnt fit properly anymore

Newry Down

This time last year I was really struggling with Covid symptoms that started just before Christmas 2019; I was exhausted and struggling with my job.

I am currently more optimistic; I have had my double Pfizer Biontech jabs in Belfast; incrementally building my stamina, sleeping better, keeping a daily diary of my walking regime, and enjoying the fact that the people I meet are no longer fearful to get in close proximity with each other.

Maybe a meet might be possible when the lockdown restrictions end; I've even bought a new stock of condoms and dumped those that are out of date.

Crucially, Tsnhtmea,n.

The latter is a personal confidential message to myself.

Nah ya can never be too happy I’m just a positive person but that doesn’t mean I don’t have days that I want the ground to swallow me up but I guess I know how to deal with them days better than I did this time last year. I know my positivity probably annoys people but you know what I couldn’t give a shite anymore

Definitely 110% happier and more content now than last year.

Lost 95% of my business, but rebuilt from scratch back to 55/60%.

Family life = big but optimistic changes.

Relationship wise, I very luckily met a wonderful, beautiful woman who restored my faith in life, love and happiness.

So happy days and no complaints

Come on everybody!

Look at the weather forecast for the next few days. Get out in it, light the BBQ and have a small group of friends round.

It's summertime and the living is easy
