Tipperary

has the site lost a bit of its aura in meeting terms? so many not/won't meet last 15 or so months. Will you just pick up and meet like u did pre March 2020?

Pretty much, yes, but with a little caution.

As I said on another thread, we're currently doing LFT twice weekly anyway and now also immediately prior to meeting anyone, combined with monthly PCR & antibody testing (and vaccinated of course). We don't meet others often so we feel we're at the point now where we can start enjoying the physical side of Fab again as confidently as we can & ensuring as best we can that we're not putting others at risk.

So from our perspective and how we use Fab, none of the shine has been lost.

Both had double vaccine so we feel confident to not be putting others at risk.. We assume as I am sure everyone on here does that anyone with symptoms or recently had it has the sense to isolate and also tell folk how they are.. Xx

Sites hasn't lost its appeal. We're only slowly coming out of a years lockdown. So it will take a bit of time until the site fully meet-flourishes again. Forum already got a bit more lively again.

We're getting regular "meet today" messages, business as usual for some

Assume nothing

Double jabbed here and still careful as to where I go and who I meet even for work reasons

I had a customer ring up looking for a repair to be done when I asked the pertinent questions I wasn't shocked to here she had a son positive but he won't be in the room some people have no idea

I told her we leave it two weeks and once everyone in the house comes up clear we would call

I was asked the same and found out that the customer had a child symptomatic and awaiting test results.

There are people that have no clue even at this stage in the game.
