Trying to solve this puzzle. First bit looks like a binary code, last to lines are chromosomes matched to the wrong sex, thread title is a complete mystery, not even google had an answer.

Think its connect 4. Male vs female.

A lady must now drop a Y.

Although, maybe instead of X vs Y, i think XX vs XY would be more appropriate :P lol
