I have a tracing wheel I use when working with card or leather. I often roll it on my palms and sometimes on my head. It’s kind of stimulating and relaxing and the little pain it produces, reminds me of the one you feel when getting a tattoo, which is nice too.

I've found the more wheels the less intense it is. I however like to combine the use with other sensation play to build a fun sensory overload for the sub or bottom I play with
