With all this covid around the world I'm thinking about buying myself a caravan and touring around Ireland...... Anyone have a caravan and recommend any nice caravan parks to visit

Yea we have a campervan and wild camp, stop where ever we are tired and as long as you keep the area tidy few people care. Apart from those who always moan about campers.

Are you serious? OMG it was a hell hole when we were there. Jammed full, 10pm enforced curfew, awful place.

Try Apple Farm in Cahir to start.

Newry Down

Listen to the recent Live line episodes on the RTE player about the new caravan scam, originating in Tamworth, that is specifically targeting Irish residents. Very sophisticatedly devised and implemented by experienced scammers.

Lots of great places to camp in the north.

Have a look at the Touring in the Trees scheme run by the Forest Service; good sites, great value for money.

I'd deffo be buying form a long established business.

Gonna start looking at caravans now that the travel restrictions are lifted and see what I really like..... Ideally want something good that of I decide to go abroad on a ferry it will be good and comfortable to use
