"Rock and Metal were my main Jam in the Teen Years, and always. But dead the last while. Polphia see the only Intresting band in the last 10 years. But I've been out of the loop." I think the issue nowadays is that there is no longer a monolithic music industry... with Streaming, new tech, drop of revenue for artists and labels from the likes of sales etc everything is much more hidden and has to be sought out Its a paradox in that music has been a lot more democratised with the waning of power from the old music establishment, labels etc but it's also been diluted in that you don't have to buy an album or really invest in a band the way you used to But I love rap and electronic/dance too as well as rock, meatal etc and there is some banging stuff I've been put onto recently that I'd never have come across Back in the day when someone got big you couldn't not notice Nowhere there is bands as good as any I'd vouch but there just don't have the exposure or perhaps the need to climb the ladder

And for all genres. But just nothing new or exciting in Metal that I have found, but ainam sure it's coming...just like people couldn't move on from. Metallica when the New wave of American hardcore was going. I've only seen Polyphia do something differnt. But if you have some ideas pass them on it would be great.
