Has everyone else ate n drank themselves to unhealthyness or just me?

Is there people like me out there that are fucked through playing sports at a younger age? So the running or cycling gig just can't be done!

#need my gym.

Loads!

I think I'll have to get myself juiced up and then hit the insane button on physical, and hope not to die in process

There are a few different methods to measure it tex...its pretty variable depending on which method you use and who measures it for you.

Weight ÷ by your height × 703 gives you Bmi

Pounds n inches.

(1.20 x BMI) + (0.23 x Age) - 16.2 = Body Fat Percentage

Thats probably one of the worst methods above btw...

Its not taking into account what the weight is fat:muscle, water content etc..

To get an accurate read you would need to take actual spot measurements.

It's really only a useful tool for elite athletes.

How do you feel? How do you look? How are your clothes fitting?

They are way more useful ways to judge how your body is reacting to training of thats important to you

You can buy a scales that measures all that they are not too expensive and anyway if its important to you whats a few quid right ?

You can train at home or outside

...but nothing beats the social aspect of a great gym where you know the trainers and regulars

I reckon gyms are just going to be the new pubs and clubs where people will start meeting up for the next year or so

Totally agree with you here. I've hit and surpassed all my goals in lockdown but I want back in the gym for face to face coaching and the sheer buzz of a nasty workout with others

Yeah, nothing like the banter and hello's from people in the early mornings or after work All ages, shapes, sizes in one place...

Hopefully there'll be decent weather for outdoor exercise classes too. I want to go do circuits and spin!

They are we can only do running and dumbell/kettlebell, barbells. Racks are all indoors and bikes and rowers would get damaged where we're located.

Yoga, one hour holding in a fart whilst moving your body to push it out, and you pay for it.

Great pants though
