Oddly satisfying

Couldn't be arsed cooking a proper dinner this evening

So like a student I raised the cupboard and came up with two potato waffles with cheese, fried eggs and spaghetti hoops on top!

Was oddly satisfying

So what's your random delicious dish?

Toasted waffles for 12.5 minutes covered with scrambled eggs with pancetta cubes salt and rainbow pepper and chopped spinach finished with a light sprinkle of broccoli sprouts...yummy
