Howdy!

Awk hopefully just another silly game to pass the time and offer some light-hearted fun!

Much the same as the previous incarnations, the rules are very much the same! With any luck it'll be the new characters and stories that keep it fun

If anyone is interested I'll leave this thread open for a while and hopefully start the game in a week or two at the latest! It's just really helpful to get an idea of numbers!

- There will be just one Vampire

to start with regardless of how many join in!

- Once again, on this occasion, they will RECRUIT other players to join their army of the undead!

Vampires will have a maximum number of villagers they can recruit which will depend on the amount of players.

If they reach that limit but subsequently lose a player from their group they can recruit again to refill their quota!

Vampires will recruit EVERY OTHER DAY

- There is a designated 'daytime' and 'night-time' which will depend on how many players there are. I believe two weeks is the maximum a game should play out so if a lot join in the 'times' may shorten for example

- Everyone can discuss on the thread who they think the vampire(s) are, who themselves will obviously bluff, and just general stuff too sure!

However, only during the 'daytime' will villagers vote for who they believe is an evildoer and at the end of the day that person will stand trial.

They may or may not be eliminated/killed off altogether, a predetermined pattern will dictate that!

However, even if a person is eliminated they can still join in the craic but they can't vote

- If the villagers vote for someone who is a vampire that's obviously a good thing! However, if it's a villager then that obviously benefits the army of the undead

- During the 'night-time' the vampires, via private messages or the like so long as it's not in public obviously, will discuss and vote for the one villager they wish to recruit!

They'll send that name on to me and I'll notify them by morning

- There will be THREE special roles, given out in secret, to certain players...

1) HEAD VAMPIRE: By defualt this will be the original vampire who will carry the burden of responsibility! If they are killed...every other vampire is as well! Villagers would automatically win!

2) WITCH/WARLOCK

: This player will have the ability to save themselves or another villager from being recruited each time through their use of potions! If recruited they lose this ability.

3) SEER

: This player will have the ability to ask me whether or not someone is a vampire each day! They must not tell anyone else and instead try to convince everyone else if they guess correctly. If recruited they lose this ability.

- For the villagers to win they must vote out all the vampires!

- For the vampires to win they must avoid being voted out and last until there is an equal number of vampires to villagers!

The last one was hilarious, count me in, the more the merrier and all that.

I was worried i wouldn't really get the last one but it was surprisingly easy and a good break from the mundane.
